Company Philosophy (from Joseph Maloney)

I believe that a home is a living entity and should be treated as such. It can be as much part of our lives as our children and also provides shelter, security, and enlightens us with its beauty. A home exists within a community and it communicates with all who view its exterior or enter it’s interior. A home is a private place where the most important events and memories of our lives can take place.

Respect of our clients living space and the sanctity of their homes is the paramount factor that dictates our daily operations. By inviting me and my craftsmen into their homes, our clients are entrusting us with the creation and modification of their living space. Nothing is more important to us than creating trust and a positive relationship with our customers

Customer Relationships

Beyond providing the highest quality building services we want to develop long-term relationships with our clients. Our belief is that we are guests in the homes of our clients. As guests it is our responsibility to be sensitive to all of the needs and wants of our clients. Communication is our greatest asset for facilitating client satisfaction so it is our primary focus at every step of the building process.

Building Practices

The following is a list of what we consider to be of the utmost importance in our building practices:

Focus on planning and design

By spending a greater amount of time designing and planning a project we are able to spend less time in your home and thereby minimizing our footprint. This time also gives us more of an opportunity to create elegant solutions to each unique building situation.

Quality and Craftsmanship

Due to our fluency in all aspects of building we are able to provide the highest quality in our work

Responsibility

As builders we have many responsibilities. The first is to our clients to provide a safe, clean, and healthy worksite. This means that we are always considering our impact on the ground, the air, the water, the people, and the structure.
We have a responsibility to ourselves. We are constantly striving to maintain the safest worksite possible. We will never make decisions that compromise the safety of our employees and subcontractors.
We also have a responsibility to our community which we fulfill by using sustainable and green building practices whenever possible. Green building is a moving target and generally results in tradeoffs but we feel that by continually educating ourselves and our clients we can maximize our results and minimize our footprint.
